True medical emergencies are a high priority and will be treated as such.
However, while emergency calls will be returned as soon as possible, due to geographic location or other extenuating circumstance there is no guarantee as to when calls may be returned.

What to do in an Emergency?
Step 1: Be sure you have an actual emergency (see above). If you do – proceed to step two.
Step 2: Call Mobile Veterinary Service at 205.390.3423 and choose:
- Active Clients (Ext. 1 )
- New Clients (Ext. 2 )

After you leave your information the doctor on call with be notified and someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
