Appointment requests received during business hours will be scheduled in as time permits in the following order:
- Emergencies (as deemed by the attending veterinarian)
- Requests by established clients
- Requests by non-clients
General times of availability are M-F 8:00 AM – 5 PM CST. Last appointment of the day is generally between 3 and 4PM.
If you email or text a requested service time, be sure to give all the information requested below so you can be called back to set up the appointment as quickly and accurately as possible:
- First and Last name
- Type of animal and brief description of problem/service desired
- Phone number
- Directions to the location of the animal. Please include a street address (e.g. 1590 CR 12) where, or close to where, the animal is located.
